Hi I'm female, 18 I'm overweight, I've almost always had

Patient : Hi. I'm female, 18. I'm overweight, I've almost always had incredibly heavy periods. They've stopped now, suddenly (I've just finished college/got a uni placement/ got a new job) so maybe wondering if it's stress. The other week I had an incredibly light period, barely anything. I've also noticed that there's a little blood (possibly just on the surface) in my stools. It's bright red, never dark or anything. I have constipation sometimes, and other times I have diarrhoea, I think it's because of my changing diet. I also can't often go to the toilet or anything at work, and my shifts (between breaks) last five hours, which means if I do hold anything in, I have to for quite a while. I've got severe anxiety, and I know I'll probably be told to see a doctor, and I will soon if nothing clears up. Thanks.
Symptoms:  Light/no period
