I'm from Hungary, so sorry for my bad English.:) For a while I had very bad posture and now I'm trying to improve it. I think my muscles are very stiff too and I'm stretching them, mainly my chest and my upper traps. My biggest problem is my chest imbalance. When i'm working my chest my left shoulder is higher, and the left elbow is lower. The right shoulder and elbow are in the perfect position. So because of this my right chest is more developed than the other one and my left shoulder is more deleloped than the other one. Could you give me some tips how can i fix this problem?
