Hi My father is 70 years old He has been diagnosed

Patient : Hi My father is 70 years old. He has been diagnosed with Grade 1 nephropathy and mild Parkinsonism. Blood creatinine is 4.8mg/dl, urea is 111mg/dl. He is given very large numbers of tablets and drugs for many reasons(hypertension, diabetes, vitamines, prostate, antibiotics...etc). What is the effect of these drugs on his kidneys? and what to do if we want to stop them to avoid more kidney damage?
