Patient :Hi! So i have noticed that i might eat too little? Because i have seen in the internet that the lowest calorie intake you should have is 1200 calories. And well i did the math and i noticed that somedays i eat maybe only 800 calories and only sometimes i even get to 1300 calories a day. But still i am a healthy weight? And then i read online that if you eat too little your body goes to starvation mode and stores more fat and calories. So if my body is always in the starvation mode then maybe that´s why i´m not unhealthily skinny? And i have noticed that i don´t feel hunger anymore. I just get dizzy and feel ill when i´m hungry and still then don´t feel the hunger. Only when i start to eat i feel hungry. And a one thing that i have noticed too is that example. I just ate one tortilla it was not even that big and drank a glass of soda, and now i feel like i´m gonna explode because i ate so much. Even though i ate a normal meal. So does that link to that i eat too little? Has my stomach shrinked because i have not eaten properly? And when i did eat that tortilla i feel and look like i would be 5 months pregnant and that is not fun... so what do i do to fix this problem? And i´m only 11 years old, 151cm and 40kg. So i think i´m a healthy weight? And i don´t really have any belly fat or anything. Just when i eat my stomach like blows up i guess? But thanks already for your answer.
