Patient: Hi, started taking 2.5mg of Bystolic for PVC’s about 4 weeks ago. I’ve been monitoring my BP because it was always on the low side – 90/60. My BP yesterday at the DR’s office read 140/100, and at home after 130/90, in a sitting position. Before bed, I checked it, lying down, it was 112/70. This morning upon waking, sitting up, 135/93, checked again, lying down, 117/61. I’m confused now. Why is it high when sitting after sleeping all night and which is accurate? Do I have HBP now and the DR said I could increase the Bystolic to 5mg. Should I do that? My resting HR is between 62 & 72. I’m 44/F. Thank you. Oh, btw, I’m 40 lbs overweight and afraid to exercise because of these dang PVC’s. Want to start walking to lose weight but I’m scared now even more that my BP will go up while walking. What should I dojQuery111302111374312080443_1447334766751??
