Patient :I am a 21 year old male standing 6'2 and 208 pounds. I engage in heavy weightlifting 5 days a week, with little cardio in the winter in order to put on mass. In the spring, I run/bicycle 3 days a week in order to cut down. Currently, my blood pressure is reading 145/55 - am I at risk for hypertension or any other heart-related issues?
