Patient : I am an otherwise healthy 47 year old male. I run 9km every other day. Recently, last 6 months, my BP has rocketed up to an average 180 120 general area. I am not in a position for 3 months to go to a doctor to seek treatment however I am worried. I do have access to Tritace. Is Tritace a generally safe treatment? I have researched it online and it seems that for someone like me with high BP and no other complications it would be a safe way to control the BP while I wait until I can seek medical evaluation. I understand that 2.5mg a day is an initial dose. I suspect the BP is caused by stress, and possibly genetics.
