High Ferritin caused by stress?

Patient

Q: Igot my bloods done as I had been feeling very tired and run down. My blood test came back that my Ferritin level was 272. Apparently the normal is 30? I am a 30 year old Caucasian female. I have to do further bloods in a week to screen for hemochromatosis. Just wondering if high levels of stress could make my ferritin level go that high?
