High TRIGLYCERIDES Level

Q: Dear Dr, as per my latest LIPID profile test my TRIGLYCERIDES level is 431 mg/dl and VLDL level is 86 mg/dl and HDL CHOLESTEROL is at 28 mg/dl and my fasting diabetic level is 176 and most of the time during day time it shows up to 300 and my age is 3o year, wight 92 and height 5.10.
i have consult with couple of doctors but they advised me to start taking insulin so please let me know what should i do in this situation.
