Patient : I have a strained hip flexor but ive been playing on it for around two weeks but it just got bad after a long run. I stayed off it for three days and it was feeling better so i tried to practice today. It felt good only until i tried to sprint. I have my first game this friday and i need to play. How can i heal this as fast as possible?
