HIt in head and months later having a hard time with speech

Patient

Q: Over the past summer, i was in a baseball game and ended up being kneed in the back of the head (helmet was on) pretty hard. I know i blacked out for a split second but nothing to severe. I did feel dizzy but not nausea. My coach sat me out and i drank lots of water and the dizziness went away about a half hour later. After that everything seemed normal. But for the past month or two ive been noticing that i have a hard time thinking of basic words to say in a everyday conversation, sometimes not pronouncing them right either. Now i know this was happening prior to getting hit in the head because i find it hard to talk or get my point across almost daily. Its not to the point where i cant speak but to myself, its noticeable. Any ideas as to if these two things are related?
