Honey precautions - infants

Patient : I hate honey so I don't normally eat it, but I am aware that I can not feed it to my baby who is 7.5 months old. I did however, recently discover that some of the food I eat has honey in it, like graham crackers, etc. How diligent do I need to be about this i.e. if I eat graham crackers, and then handle other items like my cell phone, pen, drink, etc should I wash those items as well? I may be overly paranoid, but I want to protect my little boy. I ate a breakfast bar today that had honey in it and didn't realize it. I panicked and started wiping down everything I could remember touching with clorox wipes. Thanks!
