Patient :I want to build up my adonis belt - those oblique muscles that point down toward the crotch. I know I need to reduce bodyfat so they can be visible but in the mean time I would like to make them bigger.
Which exercises are most effective for an adonis belt? I've heard 'hanging rotating knee raises' are good. But I've also heard 'rotating sit ups' are good - will it also target that lower area? I assume it would be best to target the muscle fibers on the bottom with the ' rotating knee raises'.
Would like some input on this.
