For panic attacks, the first line of recommended management would be to find out the exact cause of the panic attacks and trying to avoid the trigger factor. A few sessions with the psychologist who can help with the CBT ( Cognitive Behavioral Therapy ) will also be helpful.
Lastly, if these measures do not help then medicines like Diazepam or Alprazolam can be taken after consulting a psychiatrist who can fix the dose and schedule accordingly.
