Patient : I am an 18 year old who lifts weights around 2 to 3 times per week. I also drink alcohol around once a week, usually only on a friday. Without any nonsense, how long before or after drinking can I work out with little effect on my strength and muscle building gains. After reading some forums the answers I have found are mostly either uninformed opinions or drastic tee total tips from serious body builders, and I am only really after a realist, sensible opinion.
