How long do I have to be concerned of oral

Patient

Q: I have only been intimate with two people my entire 48 years of life. The first person gave me HPV about 20 years ago. The second person is my husband of 18 years. I have been reading a lot about oral cancer and now I am concerned about that. I have been clear of HPV through Pap smears for about 15 years. Is it possible to still get it orally? Or has my body already gotten rid of the virus?
