Patient :I got injured from Skiing last month. My knee twisted and i heard the sound pop from my knee. I went to see a doctor and she said my ligament was broken (MCL) and she added it would take me around 1 and a half month until i can play sport again. But I read some articles on the website most of them said it took around 3 months for fully healed, normally. It's already 1 month, my knee is not fully healed but i can move better now and I can do jogging. The question is should i start jogging now or wait until it fully healed? I want to play football so bad :(
