There are many factors which decide how many calories are burnt while doing situps. A few of these are:
1. Speed of sit ups
2. Fitness level
3. Adaptation to exercise
I do not recommend that you use sit ups to calculate the amount of calories burnt. Instead, you can perform exercises like jogging or walking several times a week to get the calorie burn. Also, aim for a deficit of 500 calories per day and try to lose 1 kg per week.
