Patient :I am a 14 year old girl. I am 5'2 and weigh 157 pounds. I am trying to lose weight. I made a goal for myself to lose 17 pounds by June 18, losing a max of 3 lbs. a week but, my calorie tracker app doesn't go that high a week. Is that too much?
