Patient : Hi I am 13 years old I'm 5 feet 1inch I weigh 175 pounds. I have an under active thyroid also known as hypothroidism. I want a flat stomache and smaller thighs. I know that's impossible. But what exercises can I do to slim down my belly and thighs.thanks!
