Patient :I am not a diabetic (although I had gestational diabetes 3 years ago while pregnant), but my blood sugars are consistently high in the morning when I first wake up (between 110 and 120). Then during the day my blood sugars are fine, regardless of what I eat, although I usually am a very healthy eater. I do exercise regularly, too. When last tested my A1C was 5.3. I take no medications. Any ideas on how to naturally lower my blood sugar over night.?
Symptoms: High blood sugar (110-120) in the morning
