Q: How to stop servere flea bite itching

Doctor

A:   Hello. Welcome to ask the doctor.

In case of flea bite, antihistaminics like levocetirizine is advised for symptomatic relief of itch.
I also prefer to give a combination of topical antibiotic and steroidal cream to be applied over affected area.
Visit your doctor so that he can examine you and give you a prescription.
You can share my opinion with him.

I hope it helps.
Take care
