HPV or something else?

Q: I am 12 weeks pregnant. About 8 or 9 months ago, I developed a little skin-colored bump on my inner buttcheek. I really didn't think much about it. Well, within the past few weeks, I have developed similar bumps around my vaginal opening. They are not in side, just near it. If I stretch the area out, they almost look white, but if If you see them normally they look skin colored. They are small and smooth, none of them are actually touching and there are probably about 4 or 5. I havn't been able to get in with my gyno and I'm really scared that it could be HPV. My husband and I have been monogomous in our marriage of 2 and a half years, but I've heard that HPV can pop up during pregnancy (even after years of never having exposure) due to the immune system being down. I did have the Gardasil vaccine, not sure if that covers all types of genital warts. I've also thought that it could be molluscum contagiosum, because of the bump on my inner buttcheek? I've researched all different types of things and I havn't been able to come up with something that exactly fits my situation. Some have even said they have got bumps from vaginosis? They are painless, sometimes they itch, but for the most part they are just annoying because I know they are there. They've put a damper on our sex life and it's hard to be excited during this pregnancy without knowing what is going on with my body! Please help!
