Patient :I'm not sure where to put this so I chose this section. I'm a 16 year old guy, and I have a very annoying problem that has been irritating me for years. My hips look feminine and stick out much more than what is normal. Its not fat that causes this, but it's the bones. My hip bones are 84cm around, my waist is 72,5 and my shoulders 100. It really looks weird, and I wanna know if there is some way to reduce the hip bone growth so I atleast look proportional in the future? This is due to genes and I really want an answer from a professional. P.S I work out a lot and have a sixpack and chest muscles, perhaps would it help to train the lats and obliques to get a more aesthetic look?
Symptoms: Insecurity at the beach?, horrible looks
