Patient : About two dayis ago I was working out my legs I was doing a lunge with 10 lb dumbells and I guess I wasn't paying attention to my form and I had my back leg on the bench and my left leg out supporting myself I went down into the lunge and was greeted with a shark pain in my lower back. Now my entire lower back is sore today and sometimes it hurts my leg (right and left) what should I do and what could I have done?
