Hydrosalpinx or spasm

Patient : I have been trying to conceive for 4 years with no success. i had a hsg done which showed hydrosalpinx, but i wasn't happy with the way i was treated so went back to my GP to see what i could do, and i explained how i was in pain during my hsg, and she said that i could have had a spasm and wanted me to have an ultrasound done to double check the findings before i decided what to do about my tubes. well my ultrasou nd came back clear, ovaries and uterus normal shape and size and no liquid or solid masses present, what does this mean?? i'm really confused. Thank you in advance
