Patient: My reading AM The Systolic is in the high 40’s Diastolic is in the low 80’s.During the day the diastolic drops to almost normal but the systolic remains high.I take the below medication in the morning.At night, I take the Atenelol and Nicardia .My QUESTION, WHY DOES MY SYSTOLIC REMAIN SO HIGH.How can I get it down.Amlododipine5mgAtacand plus 12.5mgAtenelol 50mgNicardia
