Hypoglocemia

Patient

Q: Hi.

I have been diagnosed as a hypoglycaemic. I'm 22 year old female with low blood pressure and low blood sugar but my insulin caused a hypoglycaemic fit with convulsions yesterday. My blood pressure is usually around 90 over 70 which is normal for me as its in my family.

my doc told me to look at a diabetic diet but honest I have looked into it and with my diet as it is currently I only get sugar in in my coffee. I don't drink alcohol and will maybe once in every 2 months drink a fruit juice.

What can I do to sort this problem out?
