Patient : I have hypoglycemia. I've changed my diet, taking out white breads, caffeine, sodas, and such. However I've learned I can't have dairy and quite a lot of things. They give me small headaches and I've noticed it seems to spike my sugar but it cannot stabilize it. Is this normal? Am I changing my diet correctly?
