Patient :I have a case of hypothyroidism. On an aim to reduce weight , I had started with some fitness plans and some sort of dieting (crash dieting) before 7 months. Eventually, I had succeeded and managed to lost 15 kgs in 7 months. I have burnt most of my fat. As i have succeeded in loosing weight, I have changed my aim to build muscles. I'm facing an issue here. How much ever the food I take in is not helping me in gaining weight. Now i'm really scared. Is it because of some illness? Also, I have stopped cardiac exercises even though I continue going to gym for doing strength resistance exercises.
