After undergoing hysterectomy minimal spotting can be seen for around one week.
Having streaks of blood per vaginum after two weeks of undergoing hysterectomy may indicate development of granulation tissue or secondary infection of suture site.
So, if the spotting persists, better to consult your doctor once and get evaluated.
