I am 17 years old and for the past 3-4

Patient

Q: I am 17 years old and for the past 3-4 years I have had two lumps on the left side of my neck; one large one about 2cm long and a small lump slightly bigger than a pea. They are painless and move when I push them but seem rooted onto something. I have gone to the doctors and had bloods taken however all tests came back negative. I also had an ultrasound scan done on my neck however nothing could be seen on the scan even though the doctor could clearly feel the lumps. They haven't changed in size over the years. Could there be any other explaination for what it is? It may be harmless but I want to at least know what it is and what is causing it.
Thanks,
Aoife
