I am 25, F, Anorexia Nervosa Current BMI not dangerously

Patient

Q: I am 25, F, Anorexia Nervosa. Current BMI not dangerously low, 17. Recent weight loss 15kg in 3 months. Restrict food and fluids, regular self induced vomiting and laxative abuse. Tonight driving on highway felt palpitations, they didn't stop after one or two like they normally do but continued for >10 seconds. Then i started to lose my vision, felt pressure in my head and couldn't hear. Managed to pull car over safely. Palpitations stopped and vision returned. I did not totally lose consciousness. In the situation is it necessary to seek medical treatment or just ignore it if I feel ok soon after?
