I am 39 year old female 5'4 - 119


Q: I am 39 year old female. 5'4 - 119 lbs. I eat a healthy diet - fruits, vegetables, poultry, red meat, no "snack food" snacks fruits. My excercise is basically my daily routine along with hiking & walking. I do not run or do fast cardiovascular (broke tibia & pelvis in USARMY - 2002) I am married with 5 year old and my occupation is a house wife. ---- I have been having a very hard time staying awake. For example, yesterday I went to sleep at 1 am - woke up at 6 am to get my husband off to work, fell back to sleep until 6 pm, I only woke up because my husband came home & woke me up. I made dinner, ate went back to sleep at 11 pm & it is now 9:30 am & I am falling asleep writing this. This has been going on for about 2 weeks to 1 month. I have my son with my mother because I am not capable of taking care of him right now. Besides depression, is this something normal? Is therebabna e for this? HELP!!!
