Patient :I am a 19 almost 20 years old girl . i am not the sportive type but i am skinny almost 53 kilogramms . Lately my right shoulder began to hurt every time i wake up , i only sleep on my right side. So for 3 weeks now every day i wake up i can feel my muscles so tight as if i have lifted weights wich is not true. i tried to sleep on my back and on my other side but i still feel pain when i awake in the morning and sometimes when i move my shoulder in some directions i can feel it hurt! i just don't know what's wrong!
