Patient :I am a 19 year old female. I do not exercise. I have been having a lot of different symptoms I don't usually have. They May not all be connecyed, but I will list them off. In the last month these have been gradually getting worse. I am in college and climb stairs, walk around campus, write notes, and sit in class on a daily basis. However the last month my knees have been in pain going up the same stairs, my hands are always tired and I feel like I just wrote an essay after only writing one sentence, sometimes my feet hurt so bad I feel like I'm tiptoeing on glass, my shoulders tend to ache, and my lower back hurts more now then ever. Then there are some things that I'm not sure about like dry mouth, dry and itchy eyes and a lot of blinking, and dull achy headaches that come and go. Is there any answer to all of this? Is it major and should I see a doctor?
