I am a 22 year old active female I exercise

Patient : I am a 22 year old active female. I exercise almost every day, usually an hour of running or elliptical training. During exercise, my heart rate is usually in the 160s-170s. However my resting heart rate is in the upper 40s and gets into the lower 40s during sleep. I have not had any episodes of palpitations, dyspnea, nor light-headedness. Should I be concerned about my low resting heart rate?
