Patient :I am a 25yo female.. Last July I was diagnosed with Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma and Hashimotos Thyroiditis ... I had surgery the same month and the cancer was gone.. I am 5ft 8 and in November I weighed 135lbs. Now I weigh 110lbs. My TSH 6 weeks ago was 97 so that's not the reason for me losing. I have multiple slightly enlarged lymph nodes down the side of my neck (they've been swollen for about 12 months, my occipitals (which came up about 4 months ago), and one that is small, but firm located near the occipital that is pushing on a muscle or tendon that's causing neck tension and right sided headaches.. It's been there for 1 month.. And Monday I discovered one on the back of my right shoulder... What could be causing these things? I've also been having a lot of joint and muscle pain all over my body. That's how I found the shoulder lymph node because I was rubbing muscle cream on it. One of my specialists didn't act concerned last week just kinda ignored everything I was saying. I am underweight and concerned about my body.
