I am a 26 year old male I was diagnosed

Patient

Q: I am a 26 year old male. I was diagnosed with Scheuermann's Thoracic Kyphosis 11 years ago and had surgery to correct the problem. My entire Thoracic spine is fused and fitted with rods and screws. I am wondering if there are any exercises that are safe for me to do in order to work out my core and tone my abs a bit.
