Q: I am a 30 yo female, 2 years postpartum. For the last year I have been dealing with reoccurring pain on my left abdomin, usually focused to the left of my navel occasionally under left ribs.

I've had three ct scans, 2 with contrast over the last year, all three indicated "multiple enlarged mesenteric and retroperitonial lymph nodes" the largest of which measured 12mm. This is the firat CT that offered an actual measurement of enlarged nodes, so i do not have comparative size information to previous CTs, as one 2 prior at was just noted that the lymphnodes meet or exceeded size criteria to be considered enlarged. Also on previous ct a splenic cyst was observed at 4mm, however spleen is not noted on most recent scan.

(Also of concern to me is that all abdominal and pelvic organs are mentioned with the exception or my oraviea, which are not mentioned or noted at all on report?!)

I have been prescribed flagyl and cipro several types, yet symptoms do not seem to disappear for long, if at all.

Symptoms: abdominal pain left of midline distal to navel. Occasional pain under/ at bottom left rib cage. Pain feels like a bruise all the time, with sharp pulling sensation when bending over, crouching or standing up from seated position. Weight gain, depression, often fatigued. Usually running low grade fevers most of the time. Experiencing night sweats and headaches often. Regularly have diarrhea. Breast pain and swelling, left breast.

CMPCMP mostly unremarkable, all lvls norm range except stated below:

Also

All previous CBCs over last year have indicated high WBC count and elevated neutophils.

This has been explained away as either cholitis or diverticulitis, however no further explanation or investigation has been sought.

The reason I am asking for advise or your impression is because I continue to feel unwell and have been following doctors advice and taking meds RXed. I am concerned that there maybe a deeper cause of these findings and am wondering if these seem insignificant to you or if I should persue further investigation or be concerned?

Thank you for your time and look forward to reading your opinion
