Patient :I am a 46 years old female, taking treatment for Type 2 diabetes for last 3 years. With medicines, I was having a normal life till recent. However, for last 2 months I had new complications developed which are explained in 'Symptoms'. In recent consultation with doctor, he did not associate new problems with diabetes and also did not suggest any diagnosis, solution or medicine.
Symptoms: 1. Palpitations, immediately after taking medicines and meal
2. Total body pain, sensational feeling and vibration after meal which usually lasts long. Bloog sugar levels during this period is low to normal.
3. Generalised weakness
4. Increased sleep which is like slumber.
5. Sometimes sleep is like unconsciousness and other family members struggle to bring me to consciousness. When re-gain consciousness, I does not remember anything done to me during unconsciousness.
