I am having upper right abdominal pain Has persisted for

Patient

Q: I am having upper right abdominal pain. Has persisted for over a year now. Is dull ache all the time and when pressed upon is sharp pain, it is also hard to stretch or suck in my gut for this reason. I have had my gallbladder taken out and have been diagnosed with gilberts syndrom and IBS but this pain is not like the pain that I have experienced with my syndroms in the past. Im worried that my liver may be inflamed and if I should seek out medical help. Which would be difficult because I dont have a doctor at the moment but will do so if I need to. The pain is gradualy getting worse while trying to suck in Or stretch. ( this time last year I had pertussis and thought for along time that this pain was a bruised rip but I am not convinced of that now)
