Patient :I am male 25. I am getting merried in this december 2015. I want help in loosing waight. My weight is 91 KG. My height is 5.6.
My medical situation is i have ASTHMA problem . My daily routine is just office work, All day sitting work. From morning 10am to evening 8pm. When i think to go gym ater work i feel lazy. And i canot wakeup early in morning for exercise. My diet is normal. I dont take heavy food.
Please help me to reduce my waight before my weading.
