Patient :I AM ON A HIGH DOSE OF BACLOFEN ADMINSTERED THRU A BACLOFEN PUMP, WHICH IS NOT DELIVERING THE PRESCRIBED AMOUND OF MEDICATION AND THE WHOLE SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. THE MD IS GOING TO START REDUCING THE BACLOFEN DOSE IN ORDER TO REPLACE THE PUMP. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF ANY SUCH THING. IS THIS THE APPROPRIATE AND RECOMMENDED PROCEDURE/
