I am worried that there could be something seriously wrong

Patient : I am worried that there could be something seriously wrong with my health. I am 17 and for the last couple of months I have been aware that my blood pressure is higher than it should be, which concerns me as I am not overweight or have anything that could explain this. I get very, very hot as a result of this. Recently I feel my health has began to worsen. I get ill very often (I have a bladder infection and a cold right now, as an example) and I can just feel that I haven't been myself for a while, before this I never used to get sick often but now it seems I have one thing after another. I also have reoccurring rashes that I have been to the doctors about for medication but it hasn't worked. I have had a urine test and it came back showing blood (which I cannot see personally) could these symptoms be a sign that my blood or kidneys aren't working as they should?
