Patient :I’m 19 years old, I eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly. I have symptoms of paresthesia in my fingers, hands, feet and sometimes it even moves up my legs (at least 5 times per day). Sometimes I believe that my blood sugar falls low because I feel weak, shaky, light-headed/dizziness and like I’m about to faint. At nights I sometimes have muscle spasms (in my calves). I have frequent thirst (dry mouth) and make many trips to the bathroom (about 12 times during the day and 3 times during the night). I have frequent headaches (including migraines), irregular periods, and metacarpal tunnel syndrome. I have been diagnosed with chronic costochondritis 2 years ago. I occasionally have blurry vision (like something sticky is over my eyes) especially at night or when I wake in the morning. I often experience nausea and bloating and sometimes (especially after meals) I experience a sudden sharp pain in my abdomen). I have difficulty concentrating and sometimes foggy thinking, and I have a horrible memory. My Hba1c level is 4.4% and glucose is also normal. I have done many blood tests that come back with normal results, plus EKG’s and even a brain scan. Are these related? What’s wrong with me? I don't think it's diabetes but I'm concerned.
