Patient :I feel like i have a problem i always want to sleep all i think about is sleep and i sleep a lot even at school im 16 a junior in high school. I fall asleep a lot or i struggle staying awake during test and class i play football and wrestle i someimes doze off in the weight room or while taking breaks on the mat. I have never drank an energy drink mainly because i hear they arent healthy any suggestions?
