Patient :Whenever I try to sleep, or simply lay down at night, I feel nauseous and generally quite ill. Usually I can only sleep properly without feeling ill if I am completely exhausted and fall asleep quite quickly. I do have chronic anxiety as well as chronic depression, but do not think that these are the cause. I tend to feel ill at night mainly around the time I am going to try and sleep, and this has caused me to only go to sleep around 4 or 5 am. I used to get like this as a child so I had a blood test done, that of which came back as completely normal.
Symptoms: nausea, sore throat, shakes, migraines on occasion, stomach pains
