Patient :I get a rash, mainly on the backs of my legs and on my face after swimming. It occurs anytime I spend more than an hour or so in the water (ocean, lake, pool, any water causes the rash). It happens no matter what the temperatures are. It is similar to eczema and seems to respond (very slowly) to steroid creams/ointments. Currently I use clobetasol after, and it is somewhat effective. Any possible causes, or preventative measures to take in order to keep this from interfering with vacations?
