Q: I get a sharp pain in my lower back near my spine when I try leaning backwards. It came on suddenly. I could do back bends before with no problem or pain. How do I get rid of this pain?

I understand your concern.
This sounds like a muscular pain, and you need to just rest for a couple of days for it ti get better.
Meanwhile, a course of Tab. Advil 400 mg twice daily after food will help in recovery.
